The White Negroni

Nothing can replace the classic negroni! But this is a cracker in its own right. Believe us.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Hear Me Roar gin
  • 15 ml Suze
  • 30 ml Lillet blanc

Method
In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, combine Lillet, Suze, and Hear Me Roar. Stir until combined, about 20 to 30 seconds. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Aviation Martini

This is a classic early 20th century cocktail with the prettiest of summery hues. If you can’t get violet liqueur just replace it with something equally colourful (creme de cassis works beautifully) and have fun with it!

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Hear Me Roar
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml maraschino liqueur
  • 15 ml crème de violette (violet liqueur)
  • Ice
  • 1 sour cherry, for garnish (optional)

Elderflower Collins

The taste of a summer garden party in a glass!

  • ice
  • 50ml Hear Me Roar
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 150ml soda water
  • slice of lemon

Method
Put lots of ice in a collins glass or another tall glass, then add the gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice. Add the soda water, stir gently, then garnish with a lemon slice.
